What carrier is the order shipped with?
Our preferred carriers are FedEx and DHL, 3-7 Business Days by Air. We will determine the best shipping method based on your required delivery date, shipping location, and cost.

Delivering Time

For in-stock parts, orders are estimated to ship out in 2-5 business days. BravoMake ships orders once a day at about 5pm except Sunday. Once shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the below carriers you chose:

US/CA/MX Shipping

FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 3-7 business days delivery, fully tracked service.

UK/DE/FR/IT Shipping

FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 3-7 business days delivery, fully tracked service.

Russia Shipping

FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 3-7 business days delivery, fully tracked service.

Australia/Japan Shipping

Worldwide Shipping

However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.

Do I Need To Pay Tax?
Due to the different countries of the shipping destination, the tax is also different, please consult our team for details.

Do I Need To Pay Shipping Fee For Package Returned?

We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you. We do not reimburse shipping charges for other cases. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee.

How Soon Does My Order Be Shipped?
Standard orders generally ship out within 2-5 business days. And apparel orders generally ship out within 3-10 business days. Urgent order please contact us.

Will I Be Notified With Processing Steps?
Yes! You will be notified when its fulfilled, when tracking is uploaded. Also our sales team will send tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I Rush My Order?
Yes. Rush order service is available. If you need an item sooner than the standard production time published on the item details page, contact us at: support@bravomake.com

Shipment Tracking

Normally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships. On this confirmation will be a link that will take you directly to the freight carrier's website so that you can track your order online. Also, tracking number will be sent to your email by our sales team, for any question on shipping, please email us.

Change shipping address/billing address

If you need to change or adjust the order address, please offer us your order No. and describe your problems in details, then send to the customer service support team.

Note: if your order had been forwarded to the transportation company, we could not guarantee to change the address successfully. Please make sure you write the correct address info when you submit the order.
