Return & Refund Policy

 

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. For one reason or another, you may need to return your products. In the case of a return, we have a few guidelines you should know about. Read on for the full scoop!
All claims for package lost/ misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be reported to our team within 10 calendar days upon receive of goods. Should you file a claim more than 10 calendar days of your receipt of your ordered goods, your claim will become invalid. 

 

Exchange / Return / Refund Are Not Available If:

1. We can’t accept any products once they’ve been printed with your design or text unless the product is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
2. Custom apparel orders with custom printing / custom sizing
3. Chromatic aberration

Any question about the refund/return, please contact us at support@bravomake.com within 10 days from receipt of merchandise and provide your order number with all correspondence. Other than where goods are faulty, you have no right to cancel any order or return any goods and all orders are final.

 

Exchanges & Refunds Are Available If:

1. Merchant ship the wrong product(s).
2. Damaged product(s).
3. Package lost due to merchant reasons
Contact us at support@bravomake.com for refund or replacement request. The refund will be returned to your original account within 3-10 working days.

 

Shipping details for products returned

Shipping charges for products returned: Be paid by the returnee
Shipping address for products returned: Once our returning application is approved, our after-sales dept staff will send the mailing address by email.
Shipping way for products returned: Please consult our after-sales team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail to support@bravomake.com

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Canceled orders will be billed 15% cancellation fee, plus any additional costs that are incurred. Costs may include shop time, pre-production samples, shop materials, screens, plates, and any applicable art charges (for artwork modification, conversion, proofs, etc.).
The credit card processing fee (normally 2.5% or 3.9% for Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express Cards) will be deducted from any refund for a cancellation or customer requested change (reduced quantity, change of imprint, delivery change, change of item, etc.). 
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Chromatic aberration

Please allow the color difference of the product since chromatic aberration is unavoidable due to camera angle, lighting, device display and other reasons. Product, color swatches, and imprint colors shown on digital screens and consumer printers are various. Photos and digital proofs are for approximate reference only. We do not offer any return / refund for chromatic aberration of products. 

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the Agreement, and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website or in respect to the Website constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and BravoMakeCom, and supersedes and replaces any prior or contemporaneous agreements (written or oral). The Agreement should be construed as if both you (customer) and BravoMake.Com jointly wrote all terms set forth herein. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms or the Agreement shall not be construed against the drafting party.
